1. Ticket Sales

2. Refunds and Exchanges

In the case of an event cancellation, ticket holders will be notified via email and provided with specific refund instructions. We are not responsible for any personal travel or accommodation costs.

3. Attendee Conduct

We expect all attendees to behave respectfully towards performers, staff, and fellow attendees. Disruptive, inappropriate, or illegal behavior may result in immediate removal from the event without a refund. We reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone violating these guidelines.

4. Event Changes

Evol Entertainment reserves the right to make changes to event details, including date, time, venue, and the performer lineup. While we strive to maintain transparency, significant changes will be communicated to attendees via their registered email addresses.

5. Intellectual Property

All content shared or performed during our events, including music, visual arts, and performance styles, are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized recording, broadcasting, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evol Entertainment shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your attendance or participation in our events.
